Karl Burke pencils in Unfortunately for another French exam

Unfortunately is likely to head back to France for the Prix Morny at Deauville on August 20.

Karl Burke's youngster won a slightly controversial renewal of the Prix Robert Papin at Maisons-Laffitte on Sunday.

Connections of the fourth home, High Dream Milena, are appealing the result after they felt Unfortunately should have been demoted following a bump inside the final furlong.

"I'm pretty sure it's going to be the Morny next," said Burke. "It actually comes three days after the appeal so whether we'll still be Group Two winner or not we'll have to see. I can sort of understand why they are appealing.

"She (High Dream Milena) is a filly and if we are demoted then they have got Group Two black type, so it's nothing to do with prize-money."
