Call me old fashion, the rules are the rules RE: restricted use of whip, which the BHA have made very clear to all concerned. The new rule is very straight forward.
David Marshall | 1 year agoits a ridiculous rule the jockeys only whip the horses to get the best out of them inside the final furlong. if this rule was brought in 30 years ago lester piggott would have been banned every week
