Thirsk
Set between the North Yorkshire Moors and the Dales, with easy access from road or rail, Thirsk is compact yet with excellent facilities. The main road from Ripon to Thirsk runs past the course and the local train station is just beyond the six-furlong start.
In 2005, the executive celebrated 150 years of racing on the course at Station Road. The circuit is a little more than a mile round. The Thirsk Hunt Cup in May is the main race of the year.
