Flamingo Park
Racing at the venue can be traced as far back as 1870 and has been taking place on and off ever since. The turning point for the course came in 1976 when the off-course tote was established which helped swell the coffers.
More modern buildings were erected in the 1980's and a grandstand and judges' box, along with facilities for owners and trainers, helped modernise the course.
