Rydalis looks the pick of these mares on paper and should make the frame if running up to her rating of 110 but Venetia Williams' seven-year-old is unproven in testing conditions, so RUSSIE WITH LOVE is preferred. The daughter of Alflora is clearly held in high regard having contested a Listed event at Cheltenham latest but this drop back into a novices' event will suit and form on heavy ground is a huge positive. Egretta Island is another to consider.
