1. What is the Racing UK Club and how do I join?

 

The Racing UK Club is the biggest horse racing club in the UK and perfect for any one with an appetite for horse racing, allowing you to extend your enjoyment from on screen to on course!

 

To become a member of the Racing UK Club you must first subscribe to Racing UK. A subscription to Racing UK automatically entitles you to Racing UK Club membership. You will stay a member for as long as you continue subscribing to Racing UK.

 

By joining the club you receive:

 

  • Over 45 Silver Club Days per annum:'Silver Club Days' are race days at some of the 30 courses that feature on the channel, which you can attend for free. In addition these racedays often include exclusive discounts for family and friends

 

  • A chance to attend exclusive Gold Club Days which tend to include a private suite and lunch

 

  • The quarterly Racing UK 'Club Magazine', featuring exclusive interviews and editorial. The magazine also includes the vouchers to apply for upcoming Gold and Silver Club Days

 

  • Exclusive offers and competitions from Racing UK and our partners

 

 

 

2. Racing UK Club Days: how do I attend and when are they?

 

As a Racing UK Club member, every quarter you will receive a mailing containing vouchers detailing the information and application process for the free admission and discounted racedays in that period.

To claim your free or discounted raceday ticket, you will need to completely fill out the voucher for the raceday that you wish to attend and return it to the address printed on the voucher. Please note that some vouchers require you to send a stamped addressed envelope or are redeemable only by presenting your voucher on the day, so please read the details carefully. Each day has a specific booking deadline, which must be adhered too and is printed clearly on the voucher. In most circumstances, the racecourse will send you an admission ticket, some will require you to book online, bring the voucher on the day, or collect tickets on the day. Each policy will be clearly marked on the voucher.

3. What happens if a Club Day is abandoned?

In the event that a raceday is abandoned, Racing UK and the racecourse will endeavour to re-schedule.

Please check www.racinguk.com and the Racing UK text service, where we aim to update you on any abandoned and rescheduled Club Days.

4. I haven't received my tickets from the racecourse, what should I do?


If you have not received a ticket or have any enquiries about a Club Day, please contact the racecourse directly. Please be aware that some racecourses have a policy to collect tickets on the day or bring the voucher on the day. These are clearly marked on the voucher.

5. What are Silver and Gold Club Days

Every quarter Racing UK offers Club Members Silver Club Days. There are over 45 Silver Club Days per annum:'Silver Club Days' are race days at some of the 30 courses that feature on the channel, which you can attend for free or at a discounted rate. In addition these racedays often include exclusive discounts for family and friends.

Occasionally Racing UK offers Club Members Gold Club Days. These are exclusive offers on VIP racing packages, to allow you to enjoy a days racing in style.  The day tends to include entrance admission, a private facility for Racing UK subscribers and lunch.
These days do have a limited capacity and are only available for advanced bookings, so we do advise people to book early to avoid disappointment.

6. When do I receive my mailing from Racing UK?

You should receive a Club Pack soon after your subscribe and thereafter once a quarter, for as long as you continue to subscribe to Racing UK.



Quarterly Periods:
January - March
April - June
July - September
October - December

 

Club packs usually arrive with members prior to the start of the quarterly period. 

 

Please note that Virgin Media and UPC customers do not automatically receive the latest Club Pack soon after subscribing, but will automatically receive the Club Pack for the next quarter after you subscribe.

7. I haven't received a recent mailing, what shall I do?


If you haven't received a Club Pack, please send an email in to the following address with your name, address and customer number: racingukclub@racinguk.com

If you subscribe to Racing UK through Virgin Media or UPC you are also entitled to become a member of the Racing UK Club. Virgin Media and UPC customers do not automatically receive the latest Club Pack soon after subscribing, but will automatically receive the Club Pack for the next quarter after you subscribe. If you are a Virgin Media or UPC subscriber and would like to receive the latest mailing, simply send an email to the following address, stating your name, address and Virgin Media customer number: racingukclub@racinguk.com

9. I am a Racing UK Online subscriber; do I become a member of the Racing UK Club?

As a Racing UK Online subscriber you are also entitled to become a member of the Racing UK Club. You should receive a Club Pack soon after subscribing, however if you haven't received mailings and would like to, simply send an email to the following address, stating your name, address and customer number: racingukclub@racinguk.com

10. RACING UK CLUB DAYS TERMS & CONDITIONS


- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

- Strictly non transferable, these Club Day vouchers are for use by Racing UK Members only.

- Not for use by on-course bookmakers or their employees.

- Strictly not for re-sale (value 0.0001p).

- For monetary offers, payments must be processed fully before tickets are dispatched.

- Issued subject to the rules of Racing UK and also to the Racecourse Regulations & notices, copies available on request.

- Racecourses have the rights to refuse applications.

- Each ticket offer has its own specific booking deadline, which must be adhered too. This can be found in the Club Magazine and on the application voucher.
