What do I receive by joining the Racing UK Club?

You receive over 30 FREE Club Days per year, which include:

-          Up to two free tickets per Club Day

-          Use of the Racing UK VIP reserved area on the day (limited availability)*

-          Free tea and coffee

-          Tipster/jockey talk to guide you through the card

-          The quarterly Racing UK Club Magazine

-          Exclusive offers and competitions from Racing UK and our partners.

*The Racing UK VIP reserved area differs for each Club Day so the capacity and facilities are very varied. The VIP tickets for Club Days are allocated by an automated system.

How do I know what Club Days are on?

As a Racing UK Club member, you will receive a free quarterly magazine outlining the Racing UK Club Days for the following three months and application process for the free admission Club Days during the period.  You can also check the website for the latest Club Days information by clicking here.

How do I apply for Club Days?

Applying for Club Days is simple, you just need to register your details online and choose the day(s) you wish to attend for the period and print your e-ticket* before you go to the Club Day.  Each day has a specific booking deadline, which must be adhered too and is printed clearly in the magazine and online. (*e-tickets are emailed 5 days prior to the date of each Club Day)  

To apply for club days you must first register you details here.

Once registered you will be redirected to the selection page and will also automatically receive a confirmation of registration email which contains your unique link which will take you through to the selection page and you will be able to use this link for all future applications.

Once you are through to the selection page, choose the days you wish to attend by selecting the tick boxes and then pressing ‘submit’. After this you will see a pop up window showing a summary of your selections. If these are correct press ‘confirm’ . Pressing confirm will automatically send an email confirmation of your selections to your registered email address.

Please note, on the raceday itself, all e-tickets must be accompanied with a valid Racing UK metal badge to gain entry.

I have lost my metal badge, what should I do?

All Racing UK subscribers are issued with a Racing UK metal badge within the Jan – March mailing each year (mailed December) if they are an existing member or when they join as a new member, with their first edition of the Racing UK Club magazine.

If you have lost or mislaid your badge, there is a charge of £3 per badge.  Please send a cheque made payable to Racing UK with a covering letter outlining your name, address and customer details i.e. if you are a Sky, Virgin Media, online customer, to Racing UK, Gillingham House, Gillingham Street, London, SW1V 1HU

I can’t find my customer number to apply for Club Days online, what should I do?

If you can’t remember your customer number, it is printed at the top of your initial welcome letter and can be found at the top of your Club Magazine covering letter. Alternatively, you can click here to find out how to get your customer number.

Please note, if you subscribe via Virgin Media you need to use your Virgin Media customer number.

I don’t have access to the internet, how can I attend Club Days?

Could you ask a friend to apply for you?  If not, please send us a letter at least 14 days before the Club Day outlining the Club Day(s) you wish to attend and we will send you a ticket(s). Remember you will need your Racing UK Club badge to accompany the ticket to gain entry to the applicable racecourse on Club Days.  Please send the letter to: Racing UK Club Days Applications, Racing UK Club, PO Box 26853, Kirkcaldy, Fife, KY2 9BG

What happens if a Club Day is abandoned?

Where a Club Day is abandoned, we work with each individual racecourse to either reschedule the day or offer an alternative solution.  We will endeavour to email all those who applied for the abandoned Club day and announce information on the channel, website and on our weekly newsletter, so please do listen and watch out.

When do I receive my mailing from Racing UK?

You should receive a Club Pack within 14 working days after you subscribe, along with a Racing UK Club Member Badge, and thereafter once a quarter, for as long as you continue to subscribe to Racing UK.

The club pack is mailed in advance for each quarter:

January – March
April – June
July – September
October - December

Club packs usually arrive with members prior to the start of the quarterly period.

I am a Virgin Media or UPC member and I haven’t received my club pack, what’s going on?

Virgin Media and UPC customers do not automatically receive the latest Club Pack soon after joining, but will automatically receive the Club Pack for the next quarter after you join.

If you want to receive one straight away, contact us using our Contact Us form and make sure you select ‘Club’ from the drop down menu, we will try to send one to you.

I haven’t received a recent mailing, what shall I do?

If you haven't received a Club Pack, please contact us using our Contact Us form and make sure you select ‘Club’ from the drop down menu. Include your full name, address, Customer Number and how you watch Racing UK (i.e. Sky, Virgin Media, online)

I am a cable (Virgin Media or UPC) member, what should I do?

If you subscribe to Racing UK through Virgin Media or UPC you are also entitled to become a member of the Racing UK Club. Virgin Media and UPC customers do not automatically receive the latest Club Pack soon after joining, but will automatically receive the Club Pack for the next quarter after you subscribe. If you are a Virgin Media or UPC subscriber and would like to receive the latest mailing, simply send an email stating your name, address and Virgin Media customer number to club@racinguk.com

Racing UK Club Day Terms and Conditions

Club Day e-tickets entitles a Racing UK Member free entry to the raceday stated on the e-ticket, when shown in conjunction with a Racing UK Club metal badge.  Both e-ticket and metal badge are required to be shown at the entrance to the racecourse. The racecourse will refuse free entry if they are not provided.

-          Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

-           Strictly non transferable, these Club Day e-tickets are for use by Racing UK Members only

-           Not for use by on-course bookmakers or their employees

-          Strictly not for re-sale (value 0.0001p)

-          Tickets are issued subject to the Racecourse Terms and Conditions. Copies are available on request

-          Racecourses reserve the right to refuse entry
