What does ‘No Sky Subscription necessary’ exactly mean?

Racing UK is an independent channel, no Sky contract is needed. You do still require a satellite dish and set top box though to view.

Who can watch the live stream?

The £9.99 subscription for LIVE content is only available to UK and Ireland based users. There is a separate International Online Subscription at £24.99 for those who live outside of the UK and Ireland. You will need a broadband connection using Microsoft Internet Explorer on a PC - unfortunately at the moment the service is not available to view on Mac operating systems. We are not yet supporting Windows Vista as the media player supplied is not yet supported by Microsoft. However we do know that it can work but a lot of the settings that were previously "Features" have now been switched off by default. In Windows Media Player you will need to check the box in "Tools > Options > Network" and tick the "Use ports 7000- 7007 to receive data" box. In Internet Explorer you will need to enable ActiveX and Java as they were set in previous versions.
