Lady Mango a sweetner to my poor start

Today's selection:

6.20pm Kempton: Lady Mango

I will be in the Racing UK studio this evening with Chris Dixon as my guest. We will be dealing with all of the action from Kempton Park. We would certainly be interested in all your thoughts regarding the July meeting and indeed your reflections on what happened at Sandown over the weekend.

My selection today is Lady Mango in the opening contest at Kempton this evening. This mare took advantage of a lenient turf mark last time out and now returns to polytrack; a surface which arguably she is better on. I was quite impressed with her win at Lingfield three starts ago and she still has more potential on synthetic surfaces. She should give us a run for our money and can be backed each-way at 8/1 with Skybet and Paddy Power.

I am late with my blog today becasue I found out this morning that some low-life had hacked my computer and I have spent much of the morning sorting that problem out. My daughter has also changed class at her nursery and was distraught when I dropped her off this morning in a new room with a totally new carer. Thus all in all it has been a somewhat stressful morning. Fortunately I have a little bit of time to chill out before heading to the studio tonight. I am also crunching some numbers from the weekend, which I am sure will reveal big speed figures from both Nathaniel and Great Heavens.

For now I am hoping the rain will stop soon so that I can get outside and go for a run to burn off some energy and frustration from what has been a rubbish morning.
